SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday, and will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may delay your delivery. For urgent deliveries please email orders@kamperett.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders valued at $1,000 or more. If you would like to have this removed, a note may be added to an order at checkout or send an email to info@kamperett.com.
Once an order is picked up by the carrier we release all responsibility. Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and we are unable to send out replacements or refunds in these unfortunate situations.
Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in-stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested. We offer both expedited and international shipping at checkout.
Please note that all pre-order shipping dates and timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on kamperett.com are eligible for a return provided they meet the following criteria:
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise in its original condition, with tags attached.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note, the online return/exchange portal will close on the 14th day.
Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur.
Returns are processed Monday-Friday. Please note it may take up to 5-7 business days after delivery to process your return. Once the return has been inspected and is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of kamperett.com and are subject to denial and/or damage fees if the return criteria is not met.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
To initiate a domestic return, please visit our online return portal. Please note that a $15 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & RETURNS
International duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, and any other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are displayed and may be paid at checkout on kamperett.com.
International orders are eligible for return if postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or delayed packages.

Please note: Any fees we incur as a result of abandoned orders, return-to-sender/refused shipments, or improper customs filing during a return will be deducted from your refund.
Due to international transit times, please allow up to 21 days from the date your return is shipped for us to receive, inspect, and process your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
EXCHANGES
Items marked as exchange are eligible for direct/same product exchanges only. Please note that we do not offer store credit at this time and an immediate exchange is mandatory.
If exchanging for a made to order item, the lead time noted in the product description will apply.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
All custom, made-to-order, hand-painted, and tailored garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
