SHIPPING

• Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday and may take 1-3 business to process and ship. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may delay delivery.
  
• Please note that all pre-order shipping dates and timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.
• Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility.
• International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, the cost displayed at checkout does not include any of these potential fees.

RETURNS

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the online return/exchange portal will close on the 14th day.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, in its original condition. All tags must be attached, and original packaging and garment bags must be included.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please note that Route package protection is non-refundable.
• For international orders, any fees incurred due to abandoned packages, returns to sender, refusal of delivery, or improper return documentation will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGE ONLY 

• Items marked as "Exchange Only" are eligible for direct exchange but are not eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not offer store credit, and an immediate exchange is required. If you are exchanging for a made-to-order item, the lead time specified in the product description will apply.

FINAL SALE POLICY

• Items purchased as final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit.
