Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday and may take 2-5 business to process and ship. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may delay delivery.
- Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested - additional shipping charges may apply.

Please note that all pre-order shipping dates and timelines are estimates and may be subject to change.
- Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility.
- International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, the cost displayed at checkout does not include any of these potential fees.
RETURNS

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. Please note, the online return/exchange portal will close on the 14th day.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise in its original condition.
- All tags must be attached, and original packaging and garment bags must be included.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.

FINAL SALE POLICY
- Items purchased as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
- Merchandise purchased online at a discount of 35% off or more, is Final Sale and may not be returned.
- All custom, made-to-order, hand-painted, and tailored garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
