In Store Appointments
At this time we do not have open retail hours and are only offering fittings for our bridal collection. Retail hours and the rest of the collection will be available soon. For bridal appointments we recommend booking no earlier than 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding as most things are available off the rack.
After booking an appointment with us you will receive a questionnaire via email that we will need completed prior to your appointment. The requested information is for your benefit as it ensures the best use of your scheduled time with us and we can get right into your appointment. Please check your spam folder and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive the email prior to your appointment.
In store appointments are a private fitting and an hour long. We often book back to back appointments so we are not able to extend appointments past one hour.
Individual garment measurements are located in each product listing, and are taken from the garment laid down on a flat surface. We recommend comparing our garment measurements to your body measurements or against something you already own.

We aim to only use the highest quality fabrics and in most cases, only natural fibers. Most of our collection is 100% silk or cotton and we will always include detailed fiber content in the product description as well as the care label and instructions located in each garment.
We recommend storing your pieces in a cool dry location. Avoid keeping garments in plastic bags as this may trap moisture and cause mold. Using a hand held steamer to remove wrinkles is safe on any piece from our collection and recommended. Most of our designs will come to life with a bit of steam, particularly silk organza pieces, full sleeves, ruffles and long gowns.
Dry cleaning is recommended on our silk pieces. All items are shipped with a fabric care instructions label located in the side seam of the garment. We highly recommend you remove the care label on our sheer pieces prior to wear!
Alterations aren’t always necessary, but oftentimes a little tailoring can go a long way. We recommend considering alterations when it warrants it. Most of our pieces lend themselves to a variety of alterations and something as simple as a strap length adjustment or hemming the length of a gown might be all you need for the perfect fit.
