In Store Appointments 

Our San Francisco flagship is open by appointment only; we do not offer open retail hours. For bridal appointments, we recommend booking 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding date, as we cannot guarantee in-stock availability for all styles and sizes. When booking, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire to help us prepare for your visit.

In-store appointments are private, one-hour fittings. Because we often schedule appointments back-to-back, we are unable to extend your time beyond one hour. If additional time is needed, a follow-up appointment may be booked. You are welcome to bring up to three guests to accompany you.

Sizing + Fit

Our garments are produced in small batches, and slight variations may exist between pieces. You can find detailed fit notes and size guides on each individual product page.

If you have questions regarding the fit of a specific style or need additional guidance in selecting your size, please contact us at info@kamperett.com.

Garment Care

We aim to use only the highest quality fabrics, focusing primarily on natural fibers like 100% silk and cotton. Detailed fiber content is always included in each product description.

To maintain your garments, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry location. Avoid using plastic bags, as they can trap moisture. For removing wrinkles, we recommend using a handheld steamer, which is safe for all items in our collection. Steaming is particularly effective for silk organza pieces, full sleeves, ruffles, and gowns.

Specific care instructions are located on the label in the side seam of each garment. For our sheer pieces, we highly recommend removing this care label prior to wear.

Alterations

While alterations aren’t always necessary, a little tailoring can often go a long way. We recommend considering alterations when needed to ensure the perfect fit. Most of our pieces lend themselves to a variety of adjustments; something as simple as modifying strap length or hemming a gown may be all that is required.
