Processing and Timeline
Online orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Please note that holidays, national observances, and severe weather may cause delivery delays. For pre-orders, all shipping dates and timelines are estimates and subject to change.

We offer both expedited and international shipping options at checkout.
Carrier Policy
Once a carrier picks up an order, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. However, we do offer package protection via Route.
RETURNS
Eligibility Criteria
We gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. All items must be in their original condition with all tags attached, including the original packaging and garment bags. This applies to all clothing, swimwear, handbags, shoes and accessories. Please take extra care when trying on our delicate and light-colored styles, as we cannot be held responsible for any damages, odors, or soil spots that occur at home.
Timeline
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order. Please note that our online return and exchange portal will close on the 14th day.
Submission Process
A separate return request must be completed for each individual order number. We cannot combine multiple orders into a single return submission; failure to follow this process may result in delays or complications.
Processing and Refunds
Returns are processed Monday through Friday. It may take 7-10 business days after delivery for us to process your return. Once your items have been inspected and accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds may then take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
Please note that returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Kamperett. Items that do not meet the above criteria are subject to denial or damage fees.

To initiate a domestic return, please visit our online return portal. Please note that a $15 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & RETURNS
Duties and Taxes
International duties, VAT, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Where applicable, these fees will be displayed and can be prepaid during checkout at kamperett.com.
International Returns Policy
International orders are eligible for return if postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for lost or delayed packages. Please clearly mark the package as a "Return" on the shipping label and customs documentation to avoid additional fees.

Refunds
Please allow up to 21 days from the date we receive your package for inspection and processing. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to your original form of payment. Note that any fees incurred from abandoned, refused, or improperly declared shipments will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
Items marked as "Exchange Only" are eligible for direct exchange but are not eligible for a refund. Please note that we do not offer store credit, and an immediate exchange is required. If you are exchanging for a made-to-order item, the lead time specified in the product description will apply.
FINAL SALE
Items purchased as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes all custom, made-to-order, hand-painted, and tailored garments.
