Returns Terms
SHIPPING
- Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday and may take 3-5 business to process and ship. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may delay delivery.
- A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders valued at $1,000 or more. If you would like to have this removed, a note may be added to an order at checkout or send an email to info@kamperett.com.
- Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested - additional shipping charges may apply.
- Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility.
- International duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility, the cost displayed at checkout does not include any of these potential fees.
RETURNS
- If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached for refund.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The following items are final sale:
- Hand-painted garments
- Made-to-order garments
- Vintage
- For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.

SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR DIRECT EXCHANGE ONLY.
FINAL SALE POLICY
- Items purchased as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
- Merchandise purchased online at a discount of 50% off or more, is Final Sale and may not be returned.
- All custom, made-to-order, hand-painted, and tailored garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
