SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday, it may take 3 to 5 business days to process and ship your order. Please keep in mind that holidays, national observances and severe weather may affect this. For urgent or rush deliveries please email info@kamperett.com.
A signature upon delivery will be required for all orders of $1,000 or more. Please email info@kamperett.com if you would like to have this removed.
Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility. Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility and we are unable to send out replacements or refunds in these unfortunate situations.
Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested.
We offer both expedited and international shipping at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, and any other fees are the customer's responsibility.
Any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
RETURNS
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached for refund. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund. A 2% restocking fee will be apply to:

- All orders of $4,000 or more
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do not drop or ship returns to our Showroom/Atelier. Returns can be sent back to: 3360 20th Street, Suite B, San Francisco, CA 94110. Please include your packing slip or order number.
Returns are processed M-F. It may take 3 to 5 business days after delivery to process your refund and you will receive an additional email confirmation once the return has been processed.
Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping. Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur.*
*Soiled spots and odor include but are not limited to: make-up, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
Select accessories are eligible for exchange only unless otherwise stated as final sale.
All sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
Merchandise purchased online at a discount of 50% off or more, is Final Sale and may not be returned.
All vintage, custom, made-to-order, hand-painted, and tailored garments are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
