RETURN POLICY

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in original condition for refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund. 

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns can be sent back to: 3686 20th St, San Francisco, CA 94110. Please include your packing slip or order number.

If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order and send back what did not work.

A 2% restocking fee per order will be deducted from each refund. 

Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping. Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages or soil spots that may occur.* 

We offer exchange or store credit only on sale merchandise unless otherwise noted. Hand painted and made to order garments + headpieces are only eligible for exchange. Fees pertaining to custom and made to order garments are not refundable. Custom and/or tailored garments are always final sale. 

Returns are processed weekly. It may take 3 to 5 business days after delivery to process your refund.

* Soiled spots include but not limited to: make-up, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.

SHIPPING

Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday. It may take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility. For urgent or rush deliveries please email info@kamperett.com.

Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested. 

We offer both expedited and international shipping. Please send inquiries to info@kamperett.com for details and pricing.

International duties and taxes are customer's responsibility. For international orders, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
