If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached for refund. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund. A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from all orders of $4,000 or more, and select styles as noted in product the description.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you need to make an exchange, please place a new order and send back what did not work.
Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping. Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur.*
Select accessories and made-to-order pieces are eligible for exchange only unless otherwise stated as final sale. Hand-painted garments are final sale. Fees pertaining to custom and made-to-order garments are not refundable. Custom and/or tailored garments are always final sale.
For international orders, any fees we inherit resulting from: abandoned orders, return to sender/refusal, or improper filing when making a return will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are processed weekly. It may take 3 to 5 business days after delivery to process your refund.
*Soiled spots and odor include but not limited to: make-up, lotions, self tanner, dirt, food/drink, cigarette, body or food odors, etc. Returns are subject to denial if they are not in the original condition and will be sent back to the customer.
SHIPPING
Online orders are shipped Monday-Friday and require a signature upon delivery. It may take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order. Please keep in mind that holidays and national observances may affect this. For urgent or rush deliveries please email info@kamperett.com.
Once an order is picked up by the courier we release all responsibility.
Orders that contain both pre-order items, as well as in stock items, will be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested.
We offer both expedited and international shipping at checkout. Please send any inquiries to info@kamperett.com.
International duties and taxes are customer's responsibility. For international orders, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
